Why not the whole list?: Ranla sees everyone, including people who signed up years ago. You pay for people engaged in the last 90 days. Dead contacts stay in the database. If they come back, they count.
What counts as engaged?: Someone who used your product in the last 90 days, or opened or clicked an email you sent in that window. Import count and stored contacts do not set the price.
Can I send without hiring Ranla?: Yes, up to 3,000 emails a month and 100 a day, on one domain. You can test to your own inbox with no card. Sending to other people needs a card on file. We don't charge on Free. Need more than 3,000 a month? Hire Ranla.
What happens if I go over?: Paid plans keep sending. Engaged people above your included amount and emails above your included amount bill as overage at the rates in the table. Free stays a hard cap. Hire Ranla to go past 3,000 a month.
