Yes. Essentials and Enterprise run the same agent across all six channels and the whole platform. Bigger plans include more credits each month. Nothing else is gated.
One credit is a chat with Ranla or 100 emails. Research, images, and pull requests use more. Extra credits are available in Billing on a paid plan.
Free includes transactional email through the API: 3,000 a month and 100 a day, on one domain. You can draft and propose for free, including campaigns, ads, and pages. Sending campaigns and Autopilot need a paid plan. Pull requests work on Free and use credits. See the pricing table above for what each plan includes.
On a paid plan you can add credits in Billing, automatically if you turn that on. Otherwise Ranla pauses, including sending, until your credits reset next month.
No. Contacts are never billed. Google bills ad spend to your own card, and SMS goes through your own Twilio account.
