Agent team

Add Ranla to your existing agent team.

Ranla includes a built-in agent that drafts campaigns and automations, then asks before anything sends. Add it to Cursor, Claude, Grok, or any MCP client. The agents talk to each other. Ranla still drafts and asks.

In the product

Talk in the Ranla window

Templates, campaigns, automations, audiences, and GitHub install, from one thread. The dashboard is still there when you want it. Sends still wait on your rules.

How the agent window works

MCP

Or put it on the team you already run

Add the hosted MCP server in Cursor, Claude, Grok, or any client that speaks MCP. A Grok bot and Ranla can talk to each other. Same drafts, same send rules, same approvals.

MCP setup in the docs

Slack

Your team can talk in Slack too

Ranla sits in Slack like a teammate. DM it, @mention it, or use /ranla. Brief it and approve sends there. Open the app when you want the canvas.

How Slack works

The team

Cursor, Claude, Grok, and any team that speaks MCP.

Hosted endpoint: https://mcp.ranla.ai/mcp

Cursor

Cursor

Add Ranla as an MCP server in Cursor. Brief it from the editor. It talks with the rest of your agents, and still asks before a send.

Claude

Claude

Add Ranla in Claude. They talk. Ask for audiences, automations, and send status. Approvals still land in Slack or the app.

Grok

Grok

Install the Ranla plugin for Grok, or add the MCP server. A Grok bot and Ranla can talk to each other on the same work.

Any MCP client

Any MCP client

The hosted endpoint is https://mcp.ranla.ai/mcp. If the client speaks MCP, Ranla can join that team.

Same rules

Joining another agent team does not skip approval.

They talk to each other

Cursor, Claude, and Grok do not replace Ranla. They work alongside it. Ranla still drafts campaigns and automations, and still asks before anything sends.

Sends still wait on your rules

Draft, Propose, and Autopilot still apply. Any audience over 5,000 people still needs your approval, in every mode.

Slack is your human team

Ranla sits in Slack like a teammate. Putting it on Cursor or Claude does not skip Slack or in-app approval.

FAQ

AI agent questions

Does Ranla include an AI agent?

Yes. Ranla is a lifecycle and transactional email platform with a built-in agent. You can talk in the product window to make templates, campaigns, automations, and audiences. The agent drafts and asks. You decide what sends.

Can I add Ranla to Cursor, Claude, or Grok?

Yes. Add the hosted MCP server (https://mcp.ranla.ai/mcp) in Cursor, Claude, Grok, or any client that speaks MCP. There is also a Ranla plugin for Grok. The agents talk to each other. Memory, drafts, and send approvals stay in Ranla.

Does adding Ranla to another agent skip send approvals?

No. Other agents talk with the same Ranla agent that already drafts and asks. Draft, Propose, and Autopilot still apply. Large audiences still need your yes. Slack and the app still work.

Do I still need the dashboard if I use Cursor or Claude?

No, not for day-to-day briefs. You can operate automations and audiences from the editor. You will still sign up, connect GitHub or analytics, and approve sends when your rules require it. The dashboard is there when you want the full picture.

Where do I add the MCP server?

Use https://mcp.ranla.ai/mcp as a remote MCP server. Docs cover Cursor, Claude, and hosted OAuth in more detail. You do not need a second mail stack. Ranla is the email platform the agent operates.
