How do you make AI-generated faceless videos actually stand out?

stop picking a topic, pick a format. topic is what everyone copies, format is what people recognise. go narrow on the sub-niche, then lock one recurring structure with a point of view, like one myth in a tiny niche, busted in 40 seconds, same beat order every time. people come back for the format and the topic becomes interchangable. for finding gaps: look at channels under 50k subs that have one video punching above their size, then read the comments. unanswered questions and "can you do one on x" are your topic list. also type your niche into youtube and tiktok search and run through the suggest bar letter by letter. if suggest shows it but the top results are old or low effort, thats a gap. for scripts: dont ask the model to be original, it cant. give it something it doesnt already have, like a source you actually read, a number you looked up, or a take you really hold. write the one line stance yourself and let ai do structure and pacing. the generic feel mostly comes from the model inventing the opinion for you.

In my experience, professional dealers do distinguish between these stages, but the buyer often has to ask. The best ones have a system that tracks each status on the deal record: production, allocation with VIN, in transit, and physical arrival. When a dealer quotes a car, the system should show which stage it's in, and the promised handover date should be tied to that stage. For example, an allocated car with a VIN has a much firmer delivery window than one still in production. In transit cars can be tracked to the port or railhead, so the dealer can give a realistic week, not a guess. Physically in stock means the car is on the lot, inspected, and ready. The difference matters for pricing too: a car in stock is worth a premium because the buyer can take delivery now. I've built dealer software that enforces this, and it changes how salespeople quote. If a dealer can't tell you the exact stage, assume it's the vaguest one.
