Hey Maya,
You signed up Tuesday and stopped at creating your first issue. Last event I see is opened invite modal on Tuesday evening.

Alex
Why it works
One incomplete step from events, one link to the screen that finishes it.
Hey Maya,
Your workspace is still empty. Two steps left: invite someone, then publish the first page.
Next step: https://app.acme.com/continue
Alex
Why it works
The next step is smaller than “finish onboarding.”
Hey Maya,
You signed up Tuesday but never connected a calendar, so nothing can book.
Connect it here: https://app.acme.com/continue
Alex
Why it works
The product cannot work until this one connect happens.
Hey Maya,
We have not seen events from your site. The missing step is installing the snippet.
Install guide: https://app.acme.com/continue
Alex
Why it works
Activation is “we saw an event,” not “they logged in.”
Hey Maya,
Inviting teammates is already done. I finished the step you stopped on so nothing is left to configure.

Alex
Why it works
The agent did the work. The email reports it and asks them to continue.
Hey Maya,
We'll stop after this. You signed up Tuesday and never finished setup, so this is the last note.
If you still want in: https://app.acme.com/continue
Otherwise I will not keep writing.
Alex
Why it works
Stopping protects the list. A calendar drip would keep going.
How to use these
They sit inside an onboarding email sequence. Copy the shape (one job, one link, named step). Write original copy for your product. Exit on activation. Skip finished steps. Do not stack this on another automation. Ramp and hold out.
Do not use HR “welcome to the company” templates, a feature tour with five buttons, or verify-account mail treated as onboarding. Quiet retention and cancelled accounts live on lifecycle email and win-back email.
